All Rules Subject to Change by Decision of the Admins
-This site is based off of the Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer, therefore, the rules of Species and such are to be followed (see Species List and Rules)
About Your Account and Stats:
-Your display name must be your MAIN Character's name
-The names of the rest of your characters must be written in your signature somewhere
-Your signature picture (if you have one) should be no bigger than 520x220 please.
About Your Character:
-You cannot start posting until your character has been approved by an admin or moderator
-PLEASE follow the Template provided for applying for a character (under the Character Creations board)
-The amount of characters allowed per member is not a topic open to debate. Only the metioned amount will be allowed (4)(see Species List and Rules). We wish to make sure all characters are being used and no threads are being left forgotten due to having too many characters.
About Your Posting:
-All character posts are to be written in third person to avoid confusion ("Josh went to the store" NOT "I went to the store")
-Please. NO ONE LINERS. We're trying to develop our writing skill here. There are to be plots going on and friendships and relationships being developed. Give the person youre rping with something to respond to! Please read the thread The Perfect Post in the General Board if you need some pointers.
-No GOD MODDING. Please, we want to be realistic here. Your character is NOT invincible, so please don't try to make him that way. All have strengths and weaknesses, and you cannot control another person's character.
Example of God Modding: "Josh turned and aimed a kick, his foot connecting with the side of his head with a loud whack and making him crumple to the floor. "
Fixed: "Josh turned and aimed a kick where his opponent's head would be, putting all his force behind it and aiming for a final and hopefully last blow."
You can start to do something to another character, but let that character decide if it will happen to them or not.
-Adult content will be allowed TO AN EXTENT, as in if your characters have built up a steady relationship or such. But please, keep it toned down, and don't make it an often thing. We have younger members on this site and we wish to honor that. If there is adult content, please Label that Thread ( **AC**)
Activity:
-If you are not active for 1 MONTH, your account will be deleted.
-If threads have not been posted in for over 1 MONTH, they will be deleted.
-You will be allowed 3 serious Warnings (not the occasional reminder) if these rules are not followed, and after the third Warning, you account will be suspended for however long the admins see fit.
